The NCA-BA DUI programs are licensed by the State of California. Our programs meet the requirements set forth by the California Department of Alcohol and Drug Programs and the California DMV. Our DUI programs can be modified to comply with the DUI laws and requirements of other states.
We offer our DUI Programs in English, Cantonese, Mandarin, Vietnamese, Korean, and Russian.
DUI students learn about alcohol, drug dependency, and addiction. Students are encouraged to evaluate their own thoughts and experiences with addictive substances in a group process format. The curriculum includes information on DUI laws and strategies to prevent repeat offenses.
Please note that new DUI students must schedule a mandatory intake session by calling (415) 296-9900 before students can begin any DUI program. The intake session is an orientation meeting held in our office in San Francisco. During the intake session, students choose a schedule and make full or partial payment for the program. The intake session does not count towards the fulfillment of the court-ordered DUI class.
